What you will do

  • Execute critical territory and account plans to consistently exceed multi-million dollar sales targets.
  • Manage high-accuracy forecasting and proactive strategic pipeline growth.
  • Engage directly with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs through executive sponsorship programs.
  • Lead virtual teams including Product Managers and SVPs to close complex, transformative opportunities.
  • Position hirify.global as an indispensable strategic partner in customers' digital transformation journeys.
  • Contribute to organizational efficiency by providing feedback and solving internal roadblocks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of expert-level B2B enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing multi-million dollar deals.
  • Deep expertise in hirify.global's product suite and the broader cybersecurity landscape.
  • Mastery of Customer Enterprise Architecture (Business, Data, Applications, Technology).
  • Proven ability to influence C-level executives (CIO, CISO, CTO).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in St. Louis, Missouri.

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced technical degree.
