TL;DR

Lead Pricing & Contracting (Pharma): Developing and implementing contracting strategies across commercial and government segments for rare disease portfolios with an accent on payer contract design, pricing strategies, and GTN impact modeling. Focus on leading contractual negotiations, optimizing WAC price strategies, and conducting business development assessments.

Location: Remote (Must reside in Central or Eastern time zone), with required travel 4-6 days per month to Boston, MA and 30-40% overall domestic/international travel.

Salary: $184,140 – $225,060

What you will do

  • Develop payer contract strategies and data requirements for current and future products in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Lead contractual negotiations with National Account Directors for Commercial and Government accounts.
  • Own WAC price increase strategies, monitor competitive landscapes, and drive annual revenue impact.
  • Design business case tools for contract evaluation and model GTN impacts with Finance and Forecasting teams.
  • Perform price assessments and market access positioning for business development evaluations.
  • Oversee Medicare, commercial, VA, DOD, and PHS chargebacks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5-10 years of pharmaceutical experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Pricing & Contracts.
  • Deep understanding of specialty pharmaceutical and orphan drug spaces.
  • Experience with National Payers, regional health plans, and government policy infrastructure.
  • Must reside in the Central or Eastern time zone.
  • Proven executive-level negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Master's or advanced degree.
