What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end Level 4 AI Workflow Specialist curriculum focusing on automation and low-code integration.
• Facilitate interactive, hands-on workshops on GenAI tools, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical operational staff.
• Collaborate with product teams to refine curriculum resources and develop practical automation scenarios.
• Maintain deep technical expertise in fast-moving GenAI tools and workplace adoption patterns.
• Balance remote instruction with occasional on-site delivery at client sites or company hubs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace Studio and its AI/developer ecosystem.
• Proficiency in enterprise GenAI interfaces, prompt engineering, and low-code platforms like Power Automate.
• Understanding of RAG architectures, vector search, and context window management.
• Strong background in business analysis, process mapping, and ROI tracking for automation projects.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to facilitate complex technical training.

Nice to have

• Functional capability in Python scripting and API integration.
• Familiarity with LLMOps, governance, and AI compliance frameworks (GDPR).
• Formal teaching or training qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
