AI Learning & Enablement Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; East Coast and Midwest candidates are preferred, with work across multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable AI learning programs, curricula, and training materials.
• Create enablement content for Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, enterprise knowledge systems, AI productivity workflows, and agentic AI experiences.
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, office hours, and hands-on enablement experiences for end users and technical teams.
• Build prompt libraries, job aids, playbooks, guides, assessments, and LMS-based learning content.
• Partner with internal teams and enterprise clients to support AI adoption and user enablement.
• Support change management strategies and measure engagement, task success, grounding, cost, and business impact.

Requirements

• Strong instructional design and course development experience.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and enterprise AI platforms.
• Ability to deliver training in virtual and in-person settings.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical learning experiences for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the United States; East Coast or Midwest location is preferred.
• Comfort working across multiple time zones and continuously learning evolving AI technologies.
