What you will do

• Design and develop scalable AI learning programs, curricula, and training materials.
• Support enablement initiatives for platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, and emerging agentic AI experiences.
• Deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, office hours, and hands-on enablement experiences.
• Create learning assets including prompt libraries, job aids, playbooks, guides, and LMS-based content.
• Partner with internal teams and enterprise clients to support AI adoption and user enablement.
• Translate complex AI concepts into accessible learning experiences for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Deep AI fluency and hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context.
• Strong craft in instructional design and scalable course development.
• Experience delivering training in virtual and in-person environments.
• Must be based in the United States (East Coast/Midwest preferred).
• Ability to support change management and adoption strategies that drive business impact.
