TL;DR
SMB Account Executive (DACH): Managing the full sales cycle for SMB clients in the DACH region with an accent on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and revenue growth. Focus on leveraging the SPICED methodology to qualify opportunities, drive scalable sales motions, and position 's enterprise design solutions effectively.
Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to London, UK (Hybrid schedule at European HQ in Shoreditch).

What you will do
- Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and engage with SMB prospects.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to tailor product solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with SMB clients through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with Sales, Success, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize sales processes.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Fluent in German (must-have).
- Proven track record in outbound sales or account management.
- Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach software like Salesforce or Sales Navigator.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to London (visa support provided).
