What you will do

• Consult entrepreneurs on and sell business formation services to help them launch their ventures.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Identify specific client needs and tailor corporate solutions that align with their goals.
• Handle high-volume customer interactions (50+ daily) while maintaining exceptional service quality.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain detailed records.
• Process client information, payments, and legal documentation with high accuracy.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience in call centers, sales, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume phone interactions while maintaining professional standards.
• Experience providing consultative solutions and building trust with first-time buyers.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and experience de-escalating challenging situations.
• Technical proficiency with CRM systems and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Reno, NV.
