Salary: $160K – $190K (Base), OTE: $260,000 – $340,000+

hirify.global is building a human-first drug discovery platform using patient-derived immune organoids and AI to fundamentally replace unreliable animal models.

What you will do

  • Own revenue targets by aggressively targeting global pharmaceutical companies and high-growth biotech startups.
  • Drive new business acquisition through direct front-line outreach, cold calling, and pipeline development.
  • Translate complex biological platform science into a compelling commercial business case for C-level executives and R&D leads.
  • Manage and expand high-level relationships with existing accounts to ensure long-term value and multi-year adoption.
  • Build and coach the sales team, developing junior Account Executives on technical objection handling.
  • Establish operational excellence through strict CRM discipline and tight alignment with scientific goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas in Biotech, MedTech, or Enterprise AI.
  • Proven experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with sales cycles ranging from 6–18 months.
  • Background in Life Sciences (B.S./M.S. in a relevant discipline) or equivalent technical expertise.
  • Ability to navigate technical discussions with PhD scientists and R&D leads independently.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA for on-site work.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as an early commercial hire at a startup.
  • Experience building sales pipelines and processes from scratch.
  • Tenure of 3+ years in at least one previous professional role.
