TL;DR

Customer Solutions Redress Administrator (Fintech): Rectifying financial errors and restoring customers to their correct financial positions with an accent on accuracy, compliance, and customer experience. Focus on investigating errors, resolving customer queries via phone and email, and adhering to strict internal controls.

Location: Hybrid (Must spend at least two days per week, or 40% of time, in the Edinburgh Citymark Office)

Salary: £26,200 - £27,530

What you will do

  • Investigate and resolve financial errors to ensure customers are returned to their correct financial positions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels to ensure a positive experience.
  • Adhere to established processes and controls to maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance.
  • Take ownership of customer queries via phone and email, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outstanding customer service.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telephony communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel and Teams.
  • Ability to manage time and priorities to meet targets.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Edinburgh, UK.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of relevant customer service systems.
  • Awareness of banking products and business areas.
  • Ability to identify and implement more efficient and effective task methods.
