What you will do
- Manage inbound calls and webchats to handle policy queries and changes.
- Meet and exceed performance goals and KPIs to drive team success.
- Resolve customer complaints using empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain high-quality standards as measured by call audits.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a VIP experience for all customers.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills for phone and webchat interactions.
- Motivation to hit targets and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Empathy, patience, and high attention to detail.
- Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa.
- No visa sponsorship available.
