TL;DR

Customer Services Administrator (Fintech): Providing award-winning service to customers by processing requests and handling financial transactions with an accent on operational efficiency and accurate record-keeping. Focus on resolving customer queries via phone and email and managing internal database systems.

Location: Hybrid (3-4 days per week in the Manchester office; first 3 months are full-time onsite)

Salary: Starting salary of £25,400

What you will do

  • Process customer requests and handle financial transactions efficiently.
  • Produce professional letters and emails for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records on internal databases.
  • Resolve customer queries via phone and email.
  • Work within internal systems to maintain award-winning service standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Excellent numerical ability and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Competent IT skills, specifically experience working with Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, including unsupervised work.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Manchester office.

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services or a keen interest in the industry.
