What you will do
- Administer transfer cases and monitor their progress consistently.
- Handle communications between customers, third parties, and internal business areas.
- Maintain accurate records on company databases.
- Produce professional letters and emails.
- Work efficiently with internal systems to support team operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent including Maths and English.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, at times unsupervised.
