• Manage first-contact customer telephony calls for the Commercial Vehicle team.
• Sort and dispatch calls efficiently throughout the department.
• Provide professional, personalized, and informative service to all customers.

• Resolve customer queries competently to represent the company professionally.
• Meet and exceed assigned KPIs and SLAs as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Liverpool.
