What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR contact for US Purchasing, IT, and HR functions.
• Manage employee relations, including attendance, leaves, and performance issues.
• Facilitate the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Support global HR initiatives, workforce planning, and succession planning to align with enterprise goals.
• Administer payroll requests, tuition reimbursements, and ensure HRIS data integrity via SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Partner with COEs to implement compensation, benefits, and learning and development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR Business Partner or Generalist roles.
• Knowledge of US employment law, compensation, and organizational planning.
• Proficiency in HR systems reporting, specifically SAP and SuccessFactors (myDana).
• Strong communication skills for building relationships across all organizational levels.
