What you will do

• Partner with department leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a culture of performance.
• Conduct needs assessments and facilitate talent development across the organization.
• Execute innovative employee engagement initiatives to elevate the workplace experience.
• Serve as the primary resource for employee relations, providing empathetic support and resolving conflicts.
• Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policies prioritizing integrity and trust.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of related HR experience and/or training with certification.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Sandy, UT, USA.
• PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications are strongly preferred.
• Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of proven generalist experience.
