What you will do

• Implement HR projects in collaboration with teams in Germany and Austria to optimize processes and tools.
• Create presentations, decision papers, and communication materials for various stakeholders.
• Conduct general analyses and surveys to prepare detailed HR data reports.
• Manage event planning and coordinate with external service providers like hotels and catering companies.
• Research HR-relevant topics and contribute to the continuous improvement of international HR standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
• German: Minimum B2 level (written and spoken).
• English: Good proficiency required.
• Very good skills in Microsoft Office 365.
• Initial experience (1–2 years or internships) in an international, multicultural environment.

• Knowledge of SAP (e.g., SuccessFactors).
