TL;DR

Senior Specialist, Employee Engagement & Talent Management (HR): Designing and operating enterprise onboarding, engagement, and talent management programs with an accent on new hire experience, career development frameworks, and performance management. Focus on translating employee feedback into actionable insights and building scalable tools for managers to foster workforce growth and retention.

Location: Remote (US), excluding California residents. This role requires regular travel (up to 50%).

What you will do

  • Own the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of the 90-day new hire onboarding experience.
  • Develop and manage career development frameworks and growth pathways for employees.
  • Facilitate live onboarding sessions and employee experience initiatives.
  • Create manager toolkits, conversation guides, and resources for performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Synthesize data from surveys and listening campaigns into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Talent Acquisition, and HR Shared Services to optimize the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in HR, Talent Management, or Learning & Development.
  • Proven experience designing onboarding programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in designing surveys and analyzing results.
  • Must be based in the US and cannot be a resident of California.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or operationally complex environments.
  • Familiarity with talent review processes and career pathing frameworks.
