TL;DR

Sales Director (Cybersecurity): Leading the sales team and driving revenue growth for enterprise application security solutions with an accent on strategic leadership and market penetration. Focus on scaling high-performing teams, implementing MEDDIC/Value selling principles, and managing key enterprise relationships.

Location: Remote (Must be legally authorized to work in the United States). Travel within the US (30-40%) is required.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with growth objectives and market opportunities.
  • Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed collective sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide accurate forecasts and budgets to the executive team.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive product positioning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience in the enterprise software industry, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proficiency in MEDDIC and Value selling principles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and the general technology landscape.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
