What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with growth objectives and market opportunities.
- Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed collective sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide accurate forecasts and budgets to the executive team.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive product positioning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience in the enterprise software industry, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in MEDDIC and Value selling principles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and the general technology landscape.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
