TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and maintain high-quality prospecting lists across European markets using custom ICP logic and high-signal inputs.
  • Design and own the outbound tech stack, utilizing tools like Clay, Apollo, HeyReach, and HubSpot.
  • Develop and document automation workflows for enrichment and CRM hygiene using n8n, Make, or Zapier.
  • Contribute to GTM strategy by mapping the total addressable market (TAM) and identifying new demand pockets.
  • Ensure pipeline hygiene and enrich company records with technical and intent signals.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS GTM.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot.
  • Comfort with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent).
  • English proficiency is required; German, Italian, or Spanish are strong pluses.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

  • Background in data analysis, market research, or business intelligence.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, operations, or revenue marketing.
  • Experience operating in a multi-market or multilingual GTM environment.
