What you will do

  • Identify and research target customers and decision-makers in construction, surveying, and infrastructure.
  • Drive pipeline growth through cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads in collaboration with Account Executives.
  • Communicate the value of geospatial and reality capture solutions to address prospect needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in surveying, geoinformatics, civil engineering, or information systems.
  • Initial experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, business development, or support.
  • Fluent German language skills for persuasive client communication in the DACH region.
  • Strong English proficiency for effective internal collaboration.
  • Proactive attitude and confidence in performing cold calling.
  • Must be based in or eligible to work in Germany (Full visa and relocation support provided).
