What you will do

  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans for accounts and markets aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and insights teams to identify challenges and create growth-driving value propositions.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Design thought leadership content, case studies, and use cases to showcase ABM offerings.
  • Provide sales enablement support by developing resources that help convert leads into revenue.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, ROI, and pipeline impact for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in account-based marketing (ABM), wholesale, or B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns across accounts or segments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across diverse teams.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing activities to business outcomes.
  • Analytical approach to using data and insights for performance driving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Exposure to large, matrix organisations with complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Experience contributing to wider marketing strategy or transformation initiatives.
