What you will do

• Execute and deliver Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies across the solutions and services portfolio.
• Define clear value propositions in collaboration with Sales, technology councils, and partner alliances.
• Project manage all stages of GTM projects from planning to delivery.
• Evolve the hirify.global brand and story to ensure consistency across internal and external communications.
• Coordinate with internal delivery functions and 3rd party agencies for multi-channel activity including events and digital platforms.
• Build marketing plans to drive sales performance across all portfolio areas.

Requirements

• Strong B2B Marketing experience.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and agencies.
• Solid understanding of the sales cycle and digital marketing channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol or Marlow for hybrid office attendance.
