What you will do

  • Plan ATL marketing campaigns to drive consideration, awareness, and commercial impact.
  • Collaborate with full-funnel product marketing teams to align campaign delivery with brand strategy.
  • Triage marketing briefs and coordinate resource alignment with internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Analyze core marketing KPIs and engagement data to integrate learnings into future planning.
  • Partner with the Growth Marketing Accelerator team to develop integrated full-funnel campaign plans.
  • Manage team budgets and ensure the compliant delivery of campaigns within time and budget constraints.

Requirements

  • Experience in brand or product marketing for leading consumer brands.
  • Proven experience in planning and managing high-value budgets for media and production.
  • Strong technical understanding of various marketing channels and the overall media landscape.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior organizational leaders.
  • Ability to interpret and assimilate data effectively to drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confident presentation abilities.
