What you will do

  • Execute the EMEA demand generation plan, coordinating campaign calendars and tracking MQL performance.
  • Manage paid and owned campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, email, and content syndication channels.
  • Optimize lead capture processes, including landing page coordination and alignment with lead scoring.
  • Utilize intent data platforms and internal data teams to identify and target high-value accounts.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPL, MQL volume/quality, ROI) in collaboration with data teams.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to ensure timely delivery and performance standards.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
  • Must be based in Reading, UK.
  • 3–5 years of B2B demand generation, digital, or growth marketing experience in the IT/software sector.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and content syndication.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms for lead management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data.
