What you will do

• Develop and execute custom influencer recruitment, content, communication, and incentive strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze upper-funnel social analytics and mid-to-lower funnel metrics to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Negotiate long-term media packages and usage agreements with creators.
• Manage a portfolio of multiple influencer marketing programs, balancing competing priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an influencer marketing agency managing client relationships.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of how influencer awareness and affiliate marketing integrate.
• Advanced Excel skills for report customization and formula-based analysis.
• Experience utilizing AI-enabled technology to improve work efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience managing influencer ambassador programs.
• Proficiency with tools such as CreatorIQ, Superfiliate, or TikTok Shop.
• Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms like Impact, ShareASale, or Commission Junction.
