Account Specialist (Influencer Marketing)

TL;DR

Account Specialist (Influencer Marketing): Providing white glove service to diverse brands investing in influencer marketing campaigns with an accent on influencer recruitment, managing influencer partnerships, and owning campaign deliverables, tracking, and reporting. Focus on analyzing campaign performance, identifying success areas and/or challenge areas, and proactively implementing strategic measures to continuously optimize programs towards goals and objectives.

Location: Remote (Dallas, Texas; Tampa, Florida; Orlando, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Phoenix, Arizona)

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Source new partnership opportunities and create influencer casting lists.
• Craft program-wide influencer communications and vital creator resources.
• Audit program content to ensure compliance with FTC regulations and brand guidelines.
• Provide superior client service and escalate issues or key risks as appropriate.
• Manage multiple campaigns with solid organizational skills and the ability to focus on and prioritize tasks based on client objectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years working for an influencer marketing agency and experience executing influencer campaigns and managing both client and influencer relationships
• Solid understanding of omni-channel and digital marketing, with a track record of successfully running influencer campaigns for consumer products and/or services companies
• Excellent at communicating, presenting and approval from clients on new campaign strategies and initiatives
• Working knowledge of attribution in digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to travel up to 15%

Nice to have

• Tools (CreatorIQ, Grin, Izea, etc.) experience preferred, not required
• Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms (Impact, ShareASale, Commission Junction, etc.) experience preferred, not required
