What you will do
- Lead strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sophisticated programmatic strategies.
- Design and implement comprehensive campaigns across mobile, display, video, CTV, DOOH, and audio.
- Oversee the onboarding of new accounts and campaigns within DSPs using advanced methodologies.
- Identify strategic audience segments and negotiate with high-profile media vendors to curate premium inventory.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert and trusted advisor for programmatic communications with executive-level clients.
- Analyze campaign KPIs and integrate advanced reporting APIs to optimize performance via data-driven insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years of direct experience managing cross-channel performance marketing for e-commerce, B2B, and B2C companies.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles across mobile, display, video, OTT, CTV, and audio.
- Proficiency in audience targeting techniques (demographics, behavioral, retargeting) within programmatic platforms.
- Expertise in ad tech tools, including ad servers, verification tools, and trafficking systems.
- Strong business acumen to translate quantitative data into actionable business recommendations.
