What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from generating your own pipeline and qualifying leads to closing deals.
• Build a strong network within the electronics industry, connecting with EMS and OEM manufacturers.
• Run customer-centric discovery meetings and tailored product demonstrations to prove value.
• Support ROI calculations and hold product deep-dives with domain experts to underpin business impact.
• Mentor junior Account Executives through coaching and iteration of the sales playbook.
• Provide industry insights to product teams to help align the roadmap with customer needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Ability to act as a strategic consultant to customers rather than a transactional agent.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Austin, TX.
• Ability to proactively track metrics and leading indicators to achieve goals.
