What you will do
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the remote sales team in Mexico.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Drive revenue growth and take charge of business expansion in the Mexican market.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to improve sales performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant B2C sales leadership experience in remote distributed teams.
- Hands-on B2C sales experience.
- English and Spanish proficiency: C1 level or higher (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems.
- Passion for using AI tools in sales processes.
