TL;DR

Focus on nurturing prospects through multi-touch cadences and collaborating with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth.

What you will do

  • Generate new demand and qualify marketing-generated leads against established criteria for the sales organization.
  • Identify, validate, and engage additional members of the buying group through outbound efforts.
  • Nurture prospects using multiple touch tactics and cadences to determine interest for potential opportunities.
  • Manage account info, prospecting, and qualification activities within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with aligned sales teams to coordinate activities and convert signals into qualified opportunities.
  • Meet monthly KPIs regarding signal conversion, prospecting opportunities, and meetings set.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales development role.
  • Fluent level of English & Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as a motivated self-starter.
  • Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid work format).

Nice to have

  • Previous sales experience, ideally with high-tech products or services.
  • Outbound calling or Revenue Development Representative (RDR) experience.
  • Technical understanding of storage backup, cloud backup, and industry manufacturers.
