What you will do
- Generate new demand and qualify marketing-generated leads against established criteria for the sales organization.
- Identify, validate, and engage additional members of the buying group through outbound efforts.
- Nurture prospects using multiple touch tactics and cadences to determine interest for potential opportunities.
- Manage account info, prospecting, and qualification activities within Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate closely with aligned sales teams to coordinate activities and convert signals into qualified opportunities.
- Meet monthly KPIs regarding signal conversion, prospecting opportunities, and meetings set.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar sales development role.
- Fluent level of English & Spanish.
- Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as a motivated self-starter.
- Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid work format).
Nice to have
- Previous sales experience, ideally with high-tech products or services.
- Outbound calling or Revenue Development Representative (RDR) experience.
- Technical understanding of storage backup, cloud backup, and industry manufacturers.
