Location: Must be based in or able to travel across Eastern Europe and the wider EMEA region.

What you will do
- Own the full partner lifecycle in Eastern Europe, from prospecting and onboarding to activation and revenue delivery.
- Manage relationships with technology partners, solution partners, agencies, and media platforms.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in collaboration with Sales.
- Lead joint go-to-market planning, including co-sell motions and partner enablement sessions.
- Represent the company at industry events and partner summits across the EMEA region.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and provide territory updates to leadership.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales.
- Fluency in Russian (written and spoken) is required.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Proven track record of managing partner relationships that generate measurable commercial outcomes.
- Experience owning pipeline targets and reporting against KPIs.
- Willingness to travel across Eastern Europe and the wider EMEA region.
Nice to have
- Experience in mobile measurement, app ecosystem, or performance marketing.
- Existing network across Eastern European advertising or technology ecosystems.
- Proficiency in an additional Eastern European language (Polish, Romanian, Czech, or Ukrainian).
- Familiarity with Salesforce and partnership platforms like Crossbeam.
