Commercial Partnerships Manager (AdTech): Building and growing the partner ecosystem across EMEA with a primary focus on Eastern Europe, driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. Focus on managing relationships with technology partners, agencies, and resellers, leading joint go-to-market planning, and ensuring strong representation in the region.

Location: Must be based in or able to travel across Eastern Europe and the wider EMEA region.

What you will do

  • Own the full partner lifecycle in Eastern Europe, from prospecting and onboarding to activation and revenue delivery.
  • Manage relationships with technology partners, solution partners, agencies, and media platforms.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in collaboration with Sales.
  • Lead joint go-to-market planning, including co-sell motions and partner enablement sessions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and partner summits across the EMEA region.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and provide territory updates to leadership.

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales.
  • Fluency in Russian (written and spoken) is required.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Proven track record of managing partner relationships that generate measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Experience owning pipeline targets and reporting against KPIs.
  • Willingness to travel across Eastern Europe and the wider EMEA region.

Nice to have

  • Experience in mobile measurement, app ecosystem, or performance marketing.
  • Existing network across Eastern European advertising or technology ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in an additional Eastern European language (Polish, Romanian, Czech, or Ukrainian).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and partnership platforms like Crossbeam.
