What you will do

• Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency.
• Develop and maintain sales tools and resources to support the sales team's performance.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and provide decision-making insights.
• Generate and distribute basic sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and effective customer relationship management.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Finance departments to align on sales initiatives and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a sales support or business analyst role, preferably in iGaming or tech.
• Basic ability to analyze sales data and create reports.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
• Must be located within +/- 1-2 hours difference from the CET zone.
