What you will do

• Develop and analyze wellbeing strategies for corporate clients to advance their internal agendas and drive platform adoption.
• Monitor client results and provide data-backed recommendations to identify future engagement opportunities.
• Execute communication plans using client-owned internal channels, including copy development and creative asset adaptation.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers to plan and execute engagement strategies and report on progress.
• Deploy and adapt global best practices and programs specifically for the UK and Ireland markets.
• Manage and optimize the client portfolio budget to maximize results.

Requirements

• Professional experience in communications and client-facing roles is mandatory.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the wellbeing industry.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to use data for performance tracking.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across multi-geography teams and with high-profile stakeholders.
• Native or fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva.
• Experience with AI tools like Gemini or Notebook LLM.
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana.
• Additional European language skills.
