What you will do
- Develop and analyze wellbeing strategies for corporate clients to advance their internal agendas and drive platform adoption.
- Monitor client results and provide data-backed recommendations to identify future engagement opportunities.
- Execute communication plans using client-owned internal channels, including copy development and creative asset adaptation.
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers to plan and execute engagement strategies and report on progress.
- Deploy and adapt global best practices and programs specifically for the UK and Ireland markets.
- Manage and optimize the client portfolio budget to maximize results.
Requirements
- Professional experience in communications and client-facing roles is mandatory.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the wellbeing industry.
- Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to use data for performance tracking.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across multi-geography teams and with high-profile stakeholders.
- Native or fluent English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva.
- Experience with AI tools like Gemini or Notebook LLM.
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana.
- Additional European language skills.
