What you will do
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of renewal opportunities and drive the end-to-end sales process.
- Proactively engage customers and channel partners 90–120 days before expiry to ensure timely renewals.
- Identify churn risks early and collaborate with field AEs to implement retention solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene within Salesforce (SFDC).
- Collaborate with account executives and channel teams to identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities.
- Execute a structured cadence of outbound activity via phone and email.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in renewals, sales, or account management, preferably in SaaS.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tools.
- Experience in selling through and with channel partners in a team environment.
- Legal authorization to work in Romania without requiring employer sponsorship.
