What you will do

• Lead data conversion projects to ETL historical portfolio data from legacy systems into the hirify.global platform.
• Translate unique client requirements into flexible and scalable data solutions.
• Identify and drive opportunities to streamline, scale, and automate internal workflows and tools.
• Manage and prioritize simultaneous projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
• Communicate proactively and professionally with clients to set and lead expectations.
• Collaborate with internal Services, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in technology, finance, or consulting.
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience with financial products and securities modeling.
