What you will do

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories, system specifications, and technical solutions.
• Lead data mapping efforts for system conversions and identify transformation logic between source and target systems.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams.
• Conduct business process analysis, workflow optimization, and root cause analysis.
• Validate data mappings, perform data cleansing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Provide guidance on operational impacts and regulatory considerations for technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 4-6 years in business systems analysis.
• Proven background in mortgage servicing or financial technology.
• Direct experience with data mapping and system conversion projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data profiling and validation.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouse initiatives and cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
