What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-workstream private markets transformation programs as the primary engagement lead.
• Develop unified data strategies, governance frameworks, and target-state operating models.
• Manage executive-level client interactions, including Steer Cos and cross-functional alignment sessions.
• Direct and mentor Managers and Senior Consultants to ensure deliverable quality and consistency.
• Translate enterprise-wide insights into actionable recommendations for business and technology leadership.

Requirements

• 9–12+ years of experience in consulting, data strategy, or private markets.
• Proven track record of leading multi-workstream programs and managing executive stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data strategy, governance, and domain modeling.
• Advanced understanding of private markets operations and the investment lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of modern cloud-native data platforms.
• Must be based in the United States.
