What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales and other GTM roles, including Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership hires.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other AI-driven channels.
• Partner with hiring leaders to calibrate roles, design interview loops, and align on candidate profiles.
• Treat the recruiting process as a product, evaluating and shipping improvements to make hiring faster and more efficient.
• Deliver a high-touch, honest, and timely candidate experience.
• Maintain Greenhouse data integrity and report on key business metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience with a track record of closing senior sales talent.
• Experience in a hyper-growth SaaS environment (required).
• Must be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
• Fluency with Greenhouse and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
• Genuine enthusiasm for implementing AI tools across the recruiting workflow.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple reqs independently.
