What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and shape effective search strategies.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through screening, interview management, and closing.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for Engineering, AI, Data Science, Cloud, Security, and DevOps domains.
• Engage high-quality passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche communities.
• Act as a brand ambassador to ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience.
• Track hiring activity and use data to identify bottlenecks and improve recruitment outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience with strong exposure to technical hiring.
• Experience recruiting for AI/ML, Data Science, Software Engineering, or DevOps roles.
• Strong hands-on sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, or agency environment.
• Fluent English is essential to communicate with international candidates and teams.
• Based in Austin, or able to work regularly from the Austin hub.

• Experience recruiting for highly specialized technical roles in healthtech, biotech, or deeptech.
• Agency recruitment experience within technical staffing.
