Finance Manager

Location: Bellevue, WA, United States

Salary: $110,500–$176,000 per year, plus eligible 401(k), equity grants, and possible annual bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with advertising finance, analytics, merchandising, product, marketing, technology, and accounting teams to develop business mechanisms and efficient processes.
• Build advanced reporting, forecasting, financial models, and business cases for Sponsored Advertising and Vendor Funded Marketing.
• Extract and analyze large datasets using SQL, Hyperion/Oracle, and Tableau.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews and forecasting, including tracking performance, explaining variances, and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Analyze advertising economics, pricing, inventory monetization, utilization, campaign performance, and growth opportunities.
• Improve reporting throughput and cadence through automation and adoption of tools such as AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA is also accepted.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, or 3+ years for MBA candidates, preferably in digital advertising, brand, or retail finance.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and business case development.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and pivot tables.
• Experience with SQL or other database query tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, independence, creativity, prioritization, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
