What you will do

• Forge and maintain relationships with management and executive stakeholders to understand and achieve their security objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including account configuration and best practice training.
• Monitor customer usage, adoption, and health metrics to drive ongoing value throughout the subscription term.
• Perform periodic business and strategic engagement reviews to ensure alignment and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with Renewal Specialists and Account Managers to handle renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account administration within the company CRM.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT Security field.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Resume must be submitted in English.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
