What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of multinational corporations.
  • Lead customer onboarding and conduct tool training workshops to support integration and usage.
  • Educate clients on product features and best practices to enhance revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute up-selling and cross-selling strategies to drive product adoption across business units.
  • Identify customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to align product enhancements with feedback.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to address client-specific challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in FMCG or consultancy.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for quantitative data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
