What you will do
- Drive revenue and net margin growth by managing key retail accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute go-to-market strategies, including displays and product value.
- Manage customer profitability and promotional spending within ROI goals.
- Partner with digital teams to increase omnichannel presence and performance.
- Analyze POS data and market trends to report on business performance and competitive factors.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with retail merchants and internal cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in account sales management, product development, or merchandise buying.
- Strong business acumen with experience working with large data sets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel approximately 6 times per year to the Boston, MA headquarters.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
