What you will do

  • Prospect for SMBs through outbound lead generation, cold calling, emailing, and door-to-door visits.
  • Own the full sales cycle from planning and qualifying to closing new deals to exceed individual targets.
  • Manage leads and deals pipeline within Hubspot Sales Hub with high attention to detail.
  • Analyze merchant pain points to formulate and pitch tailored hirify.global banking and payment solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to share customer feedback.
  • Stay current on fintech, payments, and SME industry trends to remain competitive.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a BDR/SDR with a track record of meeting activity-based goals.
  • Proficiency in various prospecting techniques (cold-calls, email outreach, door-to-door).
  • Experience with Hubspot Sales Hub, Google Suite, and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with business owners.
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of deal economics.
  • Ability to work independently and persist through challenging discussions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or scale-up B2B sales.
  • Existing relationships with SME business owners and decision-makers.
