- Track activity and manage pipelines to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Collaborate with the team to refine strategies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Resilience and confidence in handling outbound outreach and rejection.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in both office and remote environments.
- Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow as a sales professional.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
