What you will do

  • Partner with engineering, operations, and business leaders to identify capability gaps and design L&D strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Design and implement high-impact programs for technical upskilling, leadership development, and onboarding.
  • Scale the approach for manager effectiveness and drive initiatives around feedback and team performance.
  • Assess and implement Learning Management Systems (LMS) and manage external learning vendors.
  • Define success metrics to evaluate the impact of learning initiatives and align outcomes with business goals.
  • Embed a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and feedback across the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic L&D or Talent Development, ideally within a tech scale-up environment.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders in product, engineering, or operations.
  • Expertise in skills needs analysis and designing L&D programs from scratch alongside subject matter experts.
  • Strong knowledge of L&D principles, frameworks, eLearning platforms, and authoring tools.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to link learning initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Must be based in London to support the hybrid working model.

  • Experience working in AI, deep tech, or engineering-led organizations.
  • Strong delivery and facilitation skills.
