What you will do

• Drive complex, cross-functional programs to deliver high-quality ML datasets.
• Orchestrate the end-to-end data lifecycle, from requirement definition to scaling pipelines.
• Collaborate with technical leads and product managers to align execution with product goals.
• Lead proactive risk management and develop contingency plans for program delivery.
• Establish organizational mechanisms to increase decision-making speed and efficiency.
• Communicate program status and strategic decisions across all organizational levels.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in engineering program management.
• 3+ years of specialization in data-centric programs for machine learning.
• Deep understanding of the ML model lifecycle (sourcing, labeling, quality evaluation).
• Proven experience driving execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Technical judgment in the ML/data domain to facilitate trade-off discussions.
• Experience managing data annotation/labeling pipelines (in-house or vendors).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a technical field, ideally AI/ML.
• Experience analyzing trade-offs to contribute to technical decision-making.
• Ability to design and report metrics measuring data quality's impact on model performance.
