Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week)

Salary: $205,000 – $335,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and operationalize infrastructure demand planning and S&OP processes.
• Develop systems and workflows to consolidate demand inputs into actionable multi-year forecasts.
• Partner with ERP implementation teams to establish scalable planning infrastructure.
• Translate growth plans into supply, manufacturing, and deployment forecasts.
• Develop 3–5 year power and infrastructure demand models for supplier capacity planning.
• Drive alignment across Finance, Infrastructure Strategy, Capacity Planning, and Sourcing teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
• Extensive experience in technical program management, supply planning, or operations strategy.
• Proven track record building planning processes in high-growth environments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and enterprise operational tooling.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across complex organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle ERP or large-scale ERP implementations.
• Background in infrastructure, hardware, or hyperscale AI environments.
• Familiarity with power forecasting and long-range capacity planning.
