What you will do
- Own the full commercial lifecycle, including renewals, expansion, and retention strategy for a portfolio of global financial institutions.
- Lead executive business reviews focused on compliance posture, regulatory risk, and platform value.
- Assess account health and risk independently, building intervention plans to ensure delivery success.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to drive inbound expansion deals and lead commercial negotiations.
- Act as the primary client-facing point of contact for delivery issues, ensuring internal accountability and resolution.
Requirements
- Deep working knowledge of enterprise compliance technology, including communications and trade surveillance.
- Understanding of the regulatory environment within global banking, hedge funds, and asset management.
- Proven experience in multi-stakeholder account management within highly regulated financial institutions.
- Strong commercial lifecycle management skills for enterprise SaaS, including churn forecasting and negotiation.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and engage with both executive and practitioner stakeholders.
