What you will do

• Establish and implement HR processes, policies, and operational practices for a new and growing office in Mexico.
• Provide guidance on Mexico labor regulations to ensure the office operates compliantly from the ground up.
• Execute core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS systems and prepare HR reports and dashboards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related topics.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment and consistent execution of HR initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP within a multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of Mexico labor law and HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with HRIS and managing stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
