What you will do

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for the assigned territory.
• Manage the full administrative employee lifecycle, including onboarding and registration for social insurances.
• Coordinate with Payroll and IT departments to manage the new hire process and documentation.
• Handle termination processes, including the issuance of work certificates and reference letters.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and ensure full compliance with local employment laws.
• Develop and deliver effective people-related strategies in collaboration with managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or Labor Law.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or Business Partner role, ideally within an international company.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information independently and adapt to a fast-growing environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French.
